PRIVACY POLICY
I General information
- In connection with your use of the online service run on the website 19poludnik.pl (“Website”), SBF 19 Sp. z o.o., Na Zjeździe 11, 30-527 Kraków, VAT: 6793175587 entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number 0000752141 (“Controller” or “we”), processes your personal data (“Personal Data”) to the extent necessary to provide the service consisting in sharing with you the content of the Website, as well as Personal Data regarding your activity on the Website.
- We process your Personal Data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”) and other binding legal provisions.
- The Privacy Policy applies to all our Services and is an up-to-date notice describing how we process your personal data (“Personal Data”).
II Personal Data
- We may receive your Personal Data directly from you (especially via the website and/or online forms); and/or from third parties, service providers who support us in providing services to you.

III Objectives and legal basis
- Personal Data may be processed for the following purposes and on the following legal grounds:
- in order to provide services by electronic means in the scope of providing you with the content collected on the Website – then the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
- for analytical and statistical purposes – then the legal basis for processing is the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting in conducting activity analyzes, as well as the preferences of Website users in order to improve the functionalities and services provided;
- in order to possibly establish and pursue claims or defend against them – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting in the protection of his rights.
IV Recipients
- Categories of recipients: processors operating on our behalf, such as service providers, marketing, PR and recruitment agencies as well as other controllers (in justified cases) enabling/improving the Website.
- Our partners are located primarily in the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of our partners may be located outside the EEA. If your Personal Data is transferred outside the EEA, we verify that the partners provide a high level of Personal Data protection. Such guarantees result in particular from the obligation to use standard contractual clauses of the Commission (EU). You have the right to request us to provide you with copies of the standard contractual clauses.
V Retention period
- We process your Personal Data only for as long as it is necessary, especially in relation to services and/or the resolution of complaints.
- After the purpose for which the Personal Data were processed, they will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy, unless the law requires us to keep this data.
- Depending on the legal basis for processing, Personal Data may be processed for the following time:
- if the data is necessary to perform the contract – for the duration of the contract and until the claims related to it are time-barred;
- when the basis for the processing of your Personal Data is the legitimate interest of the Controller – until you submit an effective objection.
VI Your rights
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all Personal Data provided to us is correct. We can make sure that Personal Data is correct, complete and up-to-date.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to:
- access your Personal Data, including obtaining a copy of it;
- request the rectification of your Personal Data;
- have your Personal Data erased (in the cases provided for in the GDPR);
- restrict the processing of your Personal Data;
- Personal Data portability, i.e. to receive Personal Data from the Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, which you can send to another data controller, but only if Personal Data is processed on the basis of your consent or for the purpose of performing the contract.

- For security reasons, we may require that your requests be made in writing. We may also refuse to comply with your requests if we have reasonable grounds to believe that they are unfair, impossible to fulfill, or may threaten the privacy of others.
- If you believe that we process your Personal Data in violation of applicable regulations, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Office for Personal Data Protection (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych), Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
VIII Changes
- We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
IX Cookies
- In order to ensure the proper functioning of our website, we may sometimes place small files with IT data on your computer or mobile device, the so-called cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored by the server on your computer or mobile device. Only the server that created them has access to cookies.
